Purpose of Processing
The personal and business information submitted through this platform will be processed by CBT Group for the purposes of receiving, analyzing, validating and responding to the commercial request submitted by the user, as well as enabling communication between CBT Group and the requesting party.
Personal data shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection requirements, including Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018 — Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD), where applicable.
Information shall be protected through appropriate technical and organizational security measures and retained only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described, as well as applicable legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
Data Collected
Company identification data, contact details of the responsible representative, commercial requirements, logistics preferences, buyer qualification information and any documents voluntarily uploaded, such as Letters of Intent, company profiles or import licences.
Storage and Security
Submitted documents are stored in a private, access-controlled repository. Access is restricted to authorized personnel of the CBT Group Commercial Department. Transmission is protected in transit, and download links generated for internal review are temporary.
Retention
Data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfil the commercial purposes described and to comply with applicable legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your personal data by contacting comercial@civitigroup.com.br.
